Privacy Policy

This policy explains what MathDrillPro collects, why it is needed, and the choices available to account holders.

When you use the public worksheet tools

Worksheet previews are generated in your browser. You do not need to give MathDrillPro your name or email address to choose settings and preview a worksheet.

Cloudflare hosts the site and may process network and device information needed to deliver pages, prevent abuse, and keep the service reliable. Google Analytics collects page-view and device information so we can understand which pages are useful and find technical problems.

When you create an account

Clerk handles account creation and sign-in. Clerk may collect details such as your email address and the authentication method you choose. MathDrillPro receives a Clerk account identifier and stores it with your display name. We do not store your Clerk password.

Signed-in features may store worksheet settings and questions, practice answers and timing, accuracy totals, skipped questions, review items, credit balances, and credit activity. These records let the account holder return to saved work and see practice history.

Payments and credits

When credit purchases are available, Creem handles checkout. MathDrillPro stores the order identifier, amount, currency, credits, payment status, and related payment notifications. Payment card details are entered with the payment provider and are not stored in the MathDrillPro database.

Cookies and browser storage

MathDrillPro, Clerk, and Google Analytics use cookies and browser storage for sign-in, session continuity, basic preferences, and site measurement. Browser controls can clear or block this storage, but doing so may sign you out or prevent some account features from working.

How information is used and shared

Information is used to provide worksheets and online practice, maintain account and credit history, process purchases, secure the service, measure page use, and diagnose errors. It is shared with service providers only as needed for those jobs, including Cloudflare for hosting, Clerk for authentication, Google Analytics for measurement, and Creem for checkout when enabled.

Children and student use

Accounts are intended for adults, including parents, guardians, teachers, and tutors. Children should not create an account or submit personal information directly. An adult account holder may prepare a worksheet or supervise a practice session for a child.

Data retention

Account, worksheet, practice, and credit records are kept while they are needed to provide the service and maintain an accurate account history. Some transaction, security, and dispute records may be kept longer when required for legal or operational reasons.

Your choices

Account holders can update profile details through Clerk and clear individual review lists inside the product. MathDrillPro does not yet publish a support inbox for broader data requests. Until that channel is available, do not place sensitive personal information in worksheet titles or practice content.

You can also read the privacy information published by Clerk, Cloudflare, Google, and Creem. This policy may be updated when MathDrillPro changes how accounts, analytics, or payments work.
